The insurance runs from July through December 2026 and provides coverage for up to 15 days in the United Arab Emirates. The policy is underwritten and administered by The National Insurance Company – Daman, part of PureHealth, and is automatically attached to qualifying tickets.
Travelers whose point of origin and point of sale are both outside the UAE will receive the coverage without needing a separate application. Those using Etihad’s Stopover Programme also qualify, subject to the programme’s terms and conditions.
