Dubai's Fitness Challenge rolls out eight November events for all levels.
Cycling and Paddle Adventures
The Dubai Ride, presented by DP World, invites cyclists to choose between a relaxed 4 km loop through Downtown Dubai – passing the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera – or a more demanding 12 km stretch along Sheikh Zayed Road. Past editions drew over 35,000 riders, turning the streets into a moving celebration. The ride kicks off on November 1st and entry is free. Riders can capture photos of the towering Burj Khalifa as they pass, making the ride both a fitness and photo opportunity.

For a change of scenery, the Dubai Stand Up Paddle returns for its fourth edition, hosted by the RTA at Hatta Dam on November 7‑8. Participants can join guided paddle sessions, take part in mass‑participation challenges, try sunset yoga on a board or kayak solo or in pairs. Certified coaches are on hand and the event is free of charge, offering a tranquil way to stay active amid mountain views. The calm surface of Hatta Dam reflects the surrounding mountains, creating a serene backdrop for the activities.

Running and Strength Challenges
Deadly Dozen Dubai starts at the Dubai Police Officers’ Club in Al Jaddaf on November 7. The race strings together twelve 400 m sprints, each followed by a strength test that includes carries, lifts, lunges and crawls. Competitors aged 18 and above can enter solo, in doubles or as part of a relay team, while spectators enjoy a vendor village and recovery zones. Registration begins at AED 385.61 per person. The strength stations test core stability and functional movement, adding a practical fitness dimension to the sprint.

The Plus500 City Half Marathon 2026 marks the event’s eighth edition. Runners can pick from four distances – 21 km, 15 km, 10 km or 5 km – and experience Dubai’s streets as a playground for fitness. The event routes weave through key city districts, allowing runners to experience Dubai’s vibrant urban landscape. The race welcomes seasoned athletes chasing personal bests as well as beginners aiming for their first finish line.
Whether you prefer a bike, a paddleboard or a pair of running shoes, the Dubai Fitness Challenge’s November lineup makes it easy to add movement to the weekend.
