The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has introduced a new payment method. The MoHRE Tabby service allows customers to pay fees and fines in instalments.
This digital initiative enables users to split payments over a period of 4 to 12 months. Transactions are capped at a maximum of AED 20,000 per transaction. The service aims to provide flexibility through a simple and convenient digital payment process, helping customers manage their financial obligations more effectively.
Customers can access the Tabby service directly through MoHRE's digital channels. By selecting the instalment payment option, users can manage their financial obligations in line with approved procedures. This integration into the ministry's digital platforms ensures a streamlined experience for users seeking to settle dues.
Mohammed Saqr Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services, highlighted the strategic value of the update. He stated the move aligns with broader national goals for service development.
“The new service forms part of the Ministry’s efforts to develop its digital services, streamline procedures, and provide solutions centred around customer needs. This, in turn, resonates with the UAE government’s aspirations to develop government services and enhance their efficiency.”

The Tabby option complements the existing payment methods already available to the ministry’s customers. Users can currently pay service fees and administrative fines in instalments using credit cards issued by eight MoHRE-approved banks. These institutions include Emirates NBD, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Mashreq Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Commercial International Bank, and RAKBANK.
These existing instalment plans operate under the specific terms and conditions of their respective financial institutions. They offer repayment periods of up to 12 months with zero interest and no maximum transaction limit, depending on the user's credit card limit. The addition of Tabby expands the range of payment options to suit varying customer needs.
By diversifying payment solutions, the ministry seeks to enhance the efficiency of government services. The initiative focuses on raising the level of customer satisfaction with the digital services provided, ensuring a more responsive administrative framework.
