Jetour UAE, in partnership with exclusive distributor Elite Group Holding, has unveiled what it calls the largest Jetour service centre in the world, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The flagship facility was officially inaugurated in May 2026 and marks a major milestone in the Chinese automaker's aftersales expansion across the Emirates.
Spanning more than 100,000 square feet, the new centre has the capacity to service between 250 and 300 vehicles per day, according to Khaleej Times and Drive Arabia. The facility was designed around a concept the brand calls 'The Home for Every Journey,' combining advanced workshop technology with customer lounges and wellness-focused amenities.
A Larger Aftersales Footprint in the UAE
The Sheikh Zayed Road site expands an already growing service network that now covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Ajman. Dubai customers can also use existing branches in Al Quoz and Deira, while Abu Dhabi owners are served by a dedicated centre in Mussafah. The new flagship is intended to reduce wait times for routine maintenance and warranty work as Jetour's UAE parc continues to grow.
Sam Shamsuddin, Regional Aftersales Manager at Jetour UAE, said the launch underscores the brand's long-term commitment to ownership experience. 'This milestone reflects our continued commitment to delivering a holistic automotive experience that extends far beyond the point of purchase,' he said in remarks reported by Khaleej Times.
Ownership Benefits and Operating Hours
The centre is operated by trained technicians and is positioned as a one-stop destination for Jetour owners, handling everything from scheduled servicing to warranty repairs. Jetour UAE backs its vehicles with a warranty of up to 1 million kilometres or 10 years, alongside three years or 30,000 kilometres of complimentary service.
The new flagship is open Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm. Owners can book appointments through the Jetour UAE network or by calling 800 535483.
Industry coverage from Drive Arabia and the regional weekly roundup published by KrASIA confirms the scale of the investment, with Elite Group Holding describing the launch as the next step in scaling Jetour's presence in one of the fastest-growing automotive markets in the Gulf. The opening comes as Chinese passenger-vehicle brands continue to expand their share of UAE new-car sales, increasing demand for localised aftersales support.
