Gen Z star Yamuna Hasan has earned recognition from the Harvard College Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR), adding an important academic achievement to a global career already defined by viral influence, international awards and billions of digital views and impressions.
Founded by Harvard undergraduates, HPAIR is one of the world’s most respected Harvard-affiliated student initiatives. It brings together a highly selective group of emerging leaders from Asia and beyond to engage with global policy, leadership and international relations.
Hasan completed the programme from 24 to 26 August 2026 and was praised by HPAIR for the exceptional quality of her academic work—a recognition that reflects the intellectual rigour she brings not only to her platform, but to every room she enters.
The Harvard-affiliated HPAIR credential sends a powerful message: behind the headlines, awards and viral content is a young woman deeply committed to education and developing as a global thinker. Her ambition is not only creative—it is academic, strategic and built for the long term.
Hasan has already generated billions of views and impressions through her viral podcast content, influencing millions of Gen Z followers around the world with conversations about confidence, ambition, mental health, entrepreneurship and personal growth.
That influence has now expanded with the launch of the GirlBoss Seminar, a global digital experience created by Yamuna and Ayesha Hasan. Covering confidence, mindset, mental health and empowerment, the 11-episode programme is designed to help young people become the strongest versions of themselves.
The launch transforms a major pop-culture moment into a platform for real impact. The GirlBoss Seminar was inspired by the viral phenomenon surrounding The Yamuna & Ayesha Show, which entered the mainstream when Saturday Night Live aired its now-famous “Girlboss Seminar” sketch starring global pop superstar Sabrina Carpenter.
Hasan’s résumé already speaks for itself. The Lord Mayor of Oxford presented her with a debate trophy after she was named Best Proposition Speaker. The United Nations invited her to New Delhi and recognised her as a Changemaker. Entrepreneur Middle East named her Gen Z of the Year, while the India International Influencer Awards crowned her Gen Z Author of the Year. The Gulf Achievers Awards also honoured her as International Author of the Year.
She has been featured by Gulf News, Khaleej Times, PAPER Magazine, L’Officiel Arabia, The Times of India, Entrepreneur, Filmfare Middle East, Gulf Today and The Daily Front Row. She has also delivered a TEDx talk and received Fashion Factor Dubai’s Best Gen Z Podcast award.
For a generation too often reduced to trends and screen time, Yamuna Hasan is proving that Gen Z can command the lecture room, dominate the digital conversation and influence millions on the global stage—all at the same time.
