Emrill has secured a four-year facilities management contract for Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, a five-star beachfront property on Pearl Jumeirah.
The agreement covers mechanical, electrical and plumbing, housekeeping, lifeguard and specialist services across 117 units, 15 regular villa suites, one VIP suite, and all food and beverage outlets, spa and gym areas. It also includes maintenance and management of large landscaped areas, beachfront zones and supporting infrastructure, ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation and operational efficiency across the entire development.
