His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has issued Decree No. (17) of 2026 to appoint the Board of Directors of the Dubai Judicial Institute. The decree, published on June 25, 2026, names Counsellor Essam Issa Al Humaidan as chairperson. Additional members include Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Dr. Lowai Mohamed Khalfan Belhoul, Counsellor Khalifa Rashid bin Deemas Al Suwaidi, Dr. Ahmad Saeed bin Meshar, and Abdul Moneim Salem bin Suwaidan. The Director General of the Dubai Judicial Institute also joins the board. The decree takes effect immediately and will be formally published in the Official Gazette.
