Developed by Meraas in partnership with Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, the 27-storey tower sits on the seahorse-shaped island. ACPV Architects designed the structure, drawing inspiration from coral formations. Layered terraces create a sculptural profile along the waterfront.
These outdoor spaces have been designed to bring in natural light and frame views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline. The design aims for indoor-outdoor living while fitting the low-rise character of the neighbourhood. The location offers a setting that feels removed from the city yet remains close to its centre. Residents remain close to the Bvlgari Resort Dubai and Bvlgari Yacht Club, placing them within one of Dubai’s most desirable coastal communities.

The collection includes four- and five-bedroom penthouses. Each is designed with expansive layouts and panoramic sea or skyline views. Select units offer private pools and dedicated lift access. The standout property is the Bvlgari Sky Villa, spanning three levels.
