Emaar Properties has unveiled Address The Bay, a new waterfront hotel.
The development is described as an ultra‑luxury, high‑rise project located in the heart of Dubai Harbour. Set to open in 2027, the hotel will offer 182 keys and a five‑star experience on one of Dubai’s most sought‑after waterfront addresses. Emaar, the Dubai master‑developer behind a string of landmark projects, highlights the addition as part of a broader push to enrich the city’s coastal hospitality portfolio.
Guests can expect a 523‑sq‑m main pool deck with cabana seating, providing a relaxed setting for long days by the water. Six dining and lounge concepts will range from all‑day dining to poolside drinks and a club lounge experience. The new hotel joins two upcoming Address properties. In Riyadh, Address Diriyah is planned to open in 2028 with 204 hotel keys and 60 serviced‑apartment keys. It will also host six dining concepts and a rooftop pool café, alongside spa and fitness amenities. The Riyadh location will sit within Diriyah’s landmark heritage and cultural district, offering guests a blend of historic ambience and modern luxury.
In Ras Al Khaimah, Address Al Marjan Island will open in 2028 as a 196‑key resort. The beachfront setting includes three swimming pools, a 614‑sq‑m family pool and a 1,155‑sq‑m jetty lounge overlooking the water, offering a relaxed coastal experience. Ras Al Khaimah is highlighted as one of the UAE’s fastest‑growing destinations, and the resort’s design aims to provide time by the water, wellness, dining and family experiences in a single, expansive setting.
